This airline is the worst I have encountered. I will never fly with them again. Our flight was delayed by over 12 hours without any explanation or communication. There was no consideration for passengers; we were left waiting for hours and only offered a meager meal option during the long delay. To make matters worse, my power bank was confiscated without justification, resulting in lost money and equipment. The staff was unhelpful and often absent when assistance was needed. This airline lacks service, organization, and respect for travelers. I will avoid them at all costs.
