There is a complete absence of customer support. A typo appeared in my name on the ticket, and I attempted to resolve it by calling their hotline and sending emails, but their online check-in is also nonfunctional. I strongly advise against using this airline; if a mistake occurs, there is no way to amend it. They don't even have the courtesy to respond with a simple acknowledgment.
