It took a month to arrive, and the quality is appalling. Customer service is terrible, and my fight for a refund continues. They clearly have fake reviews on their website. I wish I had checked other review sites first; I would never have made this purchase. Don’t buy from them.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE!!! The customer service is nonexistent! I can't believe I didn't read the reviews first! I ordered a leather jacket in XL for £65 plus delivery, and when it finally arrived, it was nothing like what I ordered! The care labels were cut out, and a poorly sewn XL label was attached. I emailed them three times with no response. Based on what I've now read in the reviews, I'm not surprised! I'm extremely disappointed, as it was meant to be a Christmas gift! I wouldn't even donate it to charity!!! 😡
This company is fraudulent. They ignore your emails and if you want to return something, you have to pay for postage to a distant location! This wasn’t mentioned in the advertisement. I'm reporting them for retail fraud. AVOID this company; they are deceivers. You've been warned.
This company is terrible. I ordered a leather jacket, and while I expected some differences from the advertisement, what I received was nothing like it. It didn't resemble the jacket at all. This site is a scam, as they know the return costs will discourage returns. Do not purchase from them; the items are poor quality and customer service is worse. Avoid at all costs.
