Very disappointing experience with the service. I ordered two hoodies, which took an eternity to arrive, and they were of poor quality. I paid a significantly higher price, and now they're offering me a 25% refund or a full refund if I return them, but I have to cover the £28 return shipping. No way! This is absolutely unacceptable!
I've used these boots in various settings; they combine durability with comfort seamlessly. The timeless design complements both jeans and chinos perfectly. A fantastic buy, I'm truly impressed with their appearance and feel!
Delivery was delayed, marked as ‘Handed to customer,’ but it actually meant ‘left out in the rain at a neighbor’s.’ Fortunately, I had some boots, but they weren't the right size. This service had one responsibility, and they failed. I'm submitting a report.
Completely unacceptable service. I've been trying to reach customer support via phone and email to change my delivery address. I've received absolutely no response whatsoever. I can't believe I didn't check the reviews beforehand. What a waste of money!
I wish I could give no stars. I ordered an XXXL coat, and when it finally arrived, it looked more like it was meant for a child. I spent £65 plus shipping. I've emailed five times to request a refund, but I've received no response whatsoever. I strongly advise against purchasing from this company; the sizing is off, and you may never get your money back. It's a scam.
I regret not reading the reviews before spending £70 on two blazers for interviews - DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this site. First, the delivery was a week late, causing me to miss my interview, and second, the quality is abysmal—nothing like the marketing images. The quality is frankly horrendous. I've emailed them four times requesting a refund, and they haven't responded. I genuinely feel this company is a scam and will report them soon.
Cedar Leafs are dishonest - AVOID. I ordered a lined leather jacket, and the delivery was supposed to be by royal mail on November 25th. Then I received an email from another service saying they were expecting it. After the 25th, I emailed the company six times to inquire about the delivery and then to request a refund. I got no replies. I contacted my credit card company, and they issued a refund. Later that day, an unexpected package arrived. It contained a poor-quality jacket shedding lining everywhere. I've tried to reach the company to return it, but I doubt I'll hear back. I plan to file a complaint.
