Cedars-Sinai was once a top-notch medical center -- but no longer, there is no quality control or patient financial protection there! My wife and I got a phony bill from a C-S MD, which had been cancelled over two years before, followed by a harassing phone call from this bad MD's office manager. When we protested by first calling and then emailing the C-S alleged quality-control office, we never reached anyone or got any call back -- then we emailed all C-S top administrators, none of whom were the slightest help. CEDARS-SINAI IS LIVING OFF OF ITS REPUTATION, BUT THAT OLD REPUTATION HAS BEEN TARNISHED BY THE PRESENT MANAGEMENT-SHAME ON CEDARS-SINAI, WHOSE OFFICERS SEEM TO FOLLOW THE "HYPOCRITIC OATH" BY MAKING C-S A SECOND RATE MEDICAL CENTER!
