I purchased an attractive luxury vehicle that was supposedly covered by an 'ultimate' warranty from a seemingly friendly group, and then the issues arose after the holidays! In just three months, the vehicle encountered problems with the turbo, coolant, and transmission/differential. Many of these issues were likely present prior to my purchase. You might as well consider the warranty worthless. What’s more disappointing is how the cheerful salesman became dismissive and unresponsive when I sought assistance with the warranty. He even blocked me on messaging! This has turned out to be a costly lesson. Why can’t any used car dealer break the mold? Don't be deceived by the shiny vehicles and the seemingly sincere sales pitch. Or the warranty guarantees... take this as a warning.
