I purchased an attractive luxury vehicle that was supposedly covered by an 'ultimate' warranty from a seemingly friendly group, and then the issues arose after the holidays! In just three months, the vehicle encountered problems with the turbo, coolant, and transmission/differential. Many of these issues were likely present prior to my purchase. You might as well consider the warranty worthless. What’s more disappointing is how the cheerful salesman became dismissive and unresponsive when I sought assistance with the warranty. He even blocked me on messaging! This has turned out to be a costly lesson. Why can’t any used car dealer break the mold? Don't be deceived by the shiny vehicles and the seemingly sincere sales pitch. Or the warranty guarantees... take this as a warning.

I could go on and on about how fantastic my experience was from the first contact to delivery, but I don’t think there are enough characters in this review section. Instead, I’ll simply say WOW! I can honestly say that I have NEVER had such a wonderful, stress-free, enjoyable car buying experience in my life. The representative was simply outstanding! Thank you for making this process so easy. I will definitely return for my next vehicle.
I was just one day beyond the 14-day period to decide that the vehicle I received was not entirely suitable for our needs. I want to clarify that there was nothing wrong with the car, and we had driven 150 miles during our 15-day 'custodianship' of it. The owner claimed to be knowledgeable about consumer law, despite me mentioning that I had consulted trading standards before calling to request a return. An hour later, he agreed to collect the car with a £1500 deduction, although I had previously offered an £750 restocking fee, which I thought was generous. However, due to his stance, I felt I had no choice but to either keep the car or select another one from stock. I left with the impression that profit maximization overshadowed any concern for customer satisfaction. It felt like daylight robbery.
From my first conversation about the vehicle to seeing it in person, the representative was amazing and made the process quick and efficient. Exceptional customer service and a quality vehicle; I am very pleased with the purchase. I will definitely recommend you to friends and family. Thank you!
