I purchased two handwash items on 9 November. By 17 November I had not received any tracking details. When I asked what was happening, Celcius said the products were "due" by 24 November, taking into account the maximum shipping estimate (though, my estimate was 22 November). Celcius did not actually ship the products until 22 November, despite the website saying it takes “1-4 Handling days” to ship. Thanks to AusPost being so quick, I got the items on 23 November.No explanation was given about why there was such a long delay in shipping my purchase. Just that all times are estimates. I did not receive a response to my initial email to Celcius until after I logged an issue through PayPal. I then managed everything through PayPal.Overall, the level of service was disappointing, and the explanations were lacking. My recommendation is to avoid this website.
