If I could give this service zero stars, I would. Items were ordered over six weeks ago, and no tracking information was provided. The order confirmation was completely blank. I have followed up several times, but the support team was unhelpful and refused to process a refund, insisting that the products were on their way, even though they clearly weren't. My requests to cancel the order and get my money back were ignored. I have now escalated this issue with my bank, as this service refuses to refund my money. I strongly advise against using this service!
After filing a dispute with my bank, the package was eventually sent. The bank dispute was resolved, and payment for the goods was completed. However, weeks later, I received an email from the service asking me to close the dispute and make payment within 72 hours to avoid debt recovery fees! This company is quick to take your money but slow to respond or deliver what you have paid for (if you even receive the delivery), yet they are eager to contact you for funds they aren't entitled to. I recommend avoiding this business to spare yourself the trouble. Consider taking your business elsewhere!

Product ordered 30/06, never received. Slow response ro emails. Following request for refund, supplier promised the product would be received within a week. A month and several emails later: still no product and no refund. Reported to ACCC, trying to claim money back via my bank. Shonky business!
