Customer communication and service are atrocious with their online store.I should have looked for a few red flags before placing my order.At the time of writing or when I placed the order, they do not display if an item is in stock, and they do not allow comments on their Facebook page.I ordered in the first week of April 2022, and the item did not ship until the first week of May 2022. More than 4 times their indicated handling time.The merchant made no effort to notify of additional delays, and requests for order status updates were ignored.Only when you request that the order be cancelled do you receive a response that they cannot; currently, their terms have been updated to reflect otherwise.If there is a problem with the product, I shudder at the thought of making any warranty claims through them.From the reviews I have seen on Google, it looks like the owner would rather ignore the bad reviews than address them, which is not a good sign of a company that you would want to trust your money with.
