If I could give this service zero stars, I would. Items were ordered over six weeks ago, and no tracking information was provided. The order confirmation was completely blank. I have followed up several times, but the support team was unhelpful and refused to process a refund, insisting that the products were on their way, even though they clearly weren't. My requests to cancel the order and get my money back were ignored. I have now escalated this issue with my bank, as this service refuses to refund my money. I strongly advise against using this service!
