The reliability of their delivery date selection is lacking! I ordered a thank-you box for my child's bus driver who was retiring on their last day of school (Monday) and placed the order 10 days ahead of the preferred delivery date, allowing an extra day for any potential issues as advised. The delivery date passed, along with the extra day. I emailed that evening to inquire about the arrival of my order since it was needed by Monday morning. Given it was close to the weekend, I didn’t expect a response until Monday, but they replied on Sunday to inform me that an error in their system had caused my order to be overlooked, and they would send it out as soon as possible with an apology for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, I will now receive my $125 thank-you box too late to present it to the intended recipient, making it a wasted expense. I’m unlikely to order from this company again, as I have experienced more reliable service elsewhere and regret not choosing them this time. Lesson learned: confirm expected delivery dates if timely arrival is crucial!
