The reliability of their delivery date is questionable! I ordered a thank-you box for my children's bus driver, who was retiring on the last day of school (Monday). I placed the order 10 days before the preferred delivery date and even allowed an extra day for any potential issues, as recommended. The delivery date passed, as did the extra day. I emailed that evening to inquire about the arrival of my order, which I needed by Monday morning. Given that it was close to the weekend, I didn’t expect a response until Monday. However, they replied on Sunday to inform me that due to a system error, my order was completely overlooked, and they would send it out as soon as possible, along with an apology. Unfortunately, I will now receive my $125 thank-you box too late to give it to the intended recipient, making it a waste of money. I’m unlikely to order from this company again, as I have experienced more reliable service elsewhere and regret not purchasing from them this time. The takeaway: always verify expected delivery dates if timely arrival is crucial!

They delivered the box with same-day service, and everything was excellent. I managed to give my dad a birthday gift while I was in another city. I'm a very satisfied customer, especially as someone who is cautious of scams. This service is genuine.
I ordered a gift box for a friend's birthday for delivery in an area where they offer various fast delivery options. I placed the order on September 4th and paid for overnight delivery, scheduled for September 9th, just in time for my friend's birthday on September 11th. I received a tracking number on September 8th, but as of today, September 12th, it still shows 'Tracking number allocated to parcel.' I emailed them on September 11th and have yet to receive any response. This is extremely disappointing. Their warehouse is just 20km from my friend's address. Her birthday has passed, and she received nothing from me. I likely won’t order from this service again.
