I ordered a gift box for a friend's birthday for delivery in an area where they offer various fast delivery options. I placed the order on September 4th and paid for overnight delivery, scheduled for September 9th, just in time for my friend's birthday on September 11th. I received a tracking number on September 8th, but as of today, September 12th, it still shows 'Tracking number allocated to parcel.' I emailed them on September 11th and have yet to receive any response. This is extremely disappointing. Their warehouse is just 20km from my friend's address. Her birthday has passed, and she received nothing from me. I likely won’t order from this service again.
