I’m writing this on here as clearly no one replied to any emails I send!!!!I placed an order with yourself on the 19th and still haven’t received anything at all! Placed an order for a personalised Birthday card late on a Saturday night, it was despatched Monday and arrived Tuesday. A perfect card and at a reasonable price. I would use this seller again. Thanks for a good and trouble-free service.
Unfortunately there was a problem with my order arriving in time but Shaun has suffered a tragic family bereavement & not been around much to answer emails & was relying on others taking care of the business. Shaun has issued me with a full refund & a gift voucher as a token of goodwill. Shaun was very apologetic & helpful.
I ordered a personalised birthday card for my grandsons birthday which didn't arrive in time. I contacted Foxy Printing to tell them it hadn't arrived and requested a refund. After several times with no response from them I raised a dispute with PayPal and have just received my money back through PayPal. I would never use them again due to their lack of customer service and communication.
Purchased 10 masks for an occasion and gave deadline when ordered saying I needed them by a specific date. Never arrived. Shaun has refused to acknowledge any of my emails - must have sent around 15 emails by now. I have requested a full refund but Shaun just ignores the request. I wouldn’t have bothered giving them any star rating but 1 is the minimum, unfortunately. Best avoid this company totally - they’re not worth the paper they’re printed on. Not a professional business at all.
I placed an order for 4 masks, which arrived quickly - but one of the masks wasn't the one I ordered. I have submitted 5 online forms to get help with swapping the item - no response whatsoever.I called and managed to get through a few weeks ago - I was told the correct mask was going to be posted to me that day - but that must've been a lie because nothing ever arrived. I have tried several more times to contact them but no one is answering either the online form or on either of the phone numbers they give to contact them.Very disappointing customer service.
