Ordered a hat a few weeks ago, said it had dispatched Royal Mail 24 - which would have had a tracking number. No number provided, item never arrived. Sellers emails contradict themselves and doesn't answer emails. Paypal gave a quick refund. If you must buy from this seller, I recommend using Paypal.

Missing item from a order from October. Emailed did not respond for weeks kept emailing eventually responded to say they would send it, still waiting. They claim 100% customer satisfaction on there website what a joke. Did not have the decency to email directly they cc me in a company email. Disgraceful customer service.

Don’t order from here.. I paid £10.99 for next day post.. it never arrived until 5 days after which was then past what it was needed for… I emailed and zero reply.. not the best quality either
