I am trying to do an exchange for a handbag that is too small - online does not give measurements and the photos are misleading.Trying to get hold of anyone is a no go. You get diverted to an answering machine with no recourse to speak to anyone.Emails are never replied to either. Their products are not cheap, but their customer attitude is.
