I experienced extremely poor service from the online store. After placing an order on 30-11-2025, I still have not received my items as of 24-12-2025. I had to contact customer service multiple times, only to learn that one item was out of stock. No one had the courtesy to inform me about this. I requested a refund for the missing item, but I have yet to receive either my refund or my order. Had I known it would take this long, I would have opted for in-store shopping instead. The customer service provided was shockingly inadequate, with no follow-ups on my inquiries. These items were intended as Christmas gifts, and now I am left without them. I will certainly avoid this online platform in the future. A brand of your stature must improve its customer service. I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company.

I recently visited the store with the intention of buying a travel bag, but my experience was overshadowed by lackluster customer service. The sales associate appeared uninterested and only became engaged after I made a purchase. Her attitude suggested she had assumptions about my ability to afford the products, which was quite off-putting. I hope the store improves the training and attitude of its staff to enhance customer experiences.
The prices are high, but the quality of the suitcases is poor. My wife and I purchased a three-piece luggage set, and within a year, I have had a rubber lining tear and a zipper break, while my wife has experienced two broken zippers. I would not recommend these products anymore; they may have been reliable in the past, but not now.
I am very disappointed with the service I received regarding my luggage. My husband gifted me a beautiful bag, which I have taken great care of. However, when I extended the telescopic handle, the surrounding plastic cracked due to what I believe is a manufacturing defect. Instead of addressing my concerns, the support team dismissed them and blamed airline damage. The repair they offered was unprofessional and unacceptable for a luxury brand. I expected better service and a resolution that reflects the high standards of a brand like this. This experience has left me frustrated and questioning the integrity of the brand.
Where do I even begin? I ordered two travel bags online on 16/01/24, and I still haven't received them. I had to email to ask about my order status and received a ridiculous response stating that the items were not in stock and had to be sourced from a store. They are not taking customers seriously. I ordered from another retailer the same day and received my package promptly. It's disappointing that a premium brand fails to meet customer expectations.
This is possibly the worst service I've ever encountered. After payment, there was no communication regarding delivery status. I made numerous calls and sent several emails, but three weeks later, I still received no response. While I did eventually receive my package and the product met expectations, the service experience was so poor that I won't shop here again.
