I am extremely disappointed with this service. My phone is eSIM compatible by model, but because it was purchased in Hong Kong, the eSIM functionality is disabled, a fact I only discovered through my own research minutes before my flight.
There was zero warning during the purchase process about regional hardware restrictions. Had there been a simple disclaimer, I would have just bought a physical SIM.
I have contacted support multiple times regarding a refund for a service I cannot use, and I have received no reply. Terrible communication and a very poor customer experience.
