I paid full price for an outdated item that wasn't even what I ordered. It broke within two weeks of normal use. The packaging was poor, just a plastic bag. When I called the customer support number, it was a fax machine. My email to customer support for a refund or replacement resulted in a response with a tracking number for the defective item that had already been delivered weeks prior. I would like to be more constructive, but I don't know where to begin.
