I paid full price for an outdated item that was not what I ordered. It broke within two weeks of normal use. The packaging was inadequate, just a plastic bag. The customer support number led to a fax machine. My email to customer support about a refund or replacement resulted in a response with a tracking number for the defective item that had already arrived weeks prior. I'm open to being more constructive, but I don't know where to start.

I ordered a Bluetooth ear piece. It arrived damaged in a small bubble mailer. I emailed them and waited days for a response. They requested a picture of the damage, which I provided. Upon inspection, I realized I didn't like the item anyway. I requested a refund, but they only offered a replacement if I returned the broken one at my expense. After returning it, I asked again for a refund, but they refused. Communication was only via email and very slow. I do not recommend this business!
I ordered a specific watch for a birthday gift. Two days before the event, I received the wrong color in a plain box with no manual. Their customer service informed me the correct color was out of stock, and I received no apology. I requested a return shipping label multiple times but was ignored. Eventually, they offered an exchange for a different color, but I no longer needed it. This experience was frustrating and taught me to research companies before ordering.
My husband ordered a Fitbit for me, but it arrived in a bag without instructions. It wouldn't hold a charge, and by Christmas, the return period had expired. They told me to email them, but I received a response stating the item was in good condition when shipped. I suspect it was refurbished. I will never buy from them again.
