I paid full price for an outdated item that was not what I ordered. It broke within two weeks of normal use. The packaging was inadequate, just a plastic bag. The customer support number led to a fax machine. My email to customer support about a refund or replacement resulted in a response with a tracking number for the defective item that had already arrived weeks prior. I'm open to being more constructive, but I don't know where to start.
