Came for a relaxing break away from life’s hustle and bustle…. Wow would have been better off staying home.. firstly The room 1078 tired and shabby no water only 1 robe and we waited and hour and 45 minutes for a second robe to go and use facilities. Then at 4am the fire alarm everyone up in corridors until it went off then back into bed off again we had no sleep after this we watched the sun come up… the ladies changing rooms were closed so women were using the mens and men sent through the coffee shop in swim shorts it was a disaster from start to finish we are going home more knackered than we arrived ….. asked for a discount as met friends in the spa that had a discount as an apology but because we didn’t know their surname we were declined one…. Disgraceful place very upset.
