80 pound Spa day, but drinks and desserts cost extra - don't forget to put money in your robe pocket. The locker didn't work, parking was full price if you stayed more than 3 hours. The decor was shabby. I couldn't stay for my treatment on the day due to family commitments and although I was told I could change it, I had to pay more for it being on the weekend when we would be free. I was going to bring my family for a day of activities and spending, but not feeling the vibe to drive all the way there now.Despite all this, the staff could not have been more helpful or more polite. It is not their fault.
