After four years, our iron and manganese problem is still not resolved. The response time is very slow, often needing several emails or calls. Although a UV filter has been added, I receive constant reminders for servicing. While the technicians have been pleasant—around eight visits over the years—I'm uncertain they can provide the clean water I was promised. I also acknowledge the parent company is linked to my initial service provider.
