I arranged for an afternoon appointment with customer service. The service technician arrived at 9am. As I work nights, this didn't suit, but I proceeded to allow the technician to carry out his job. When the job was completed, I had cash ready for payment, but he wouldn't accept it as he said it was company policy not to accept cash. I reluctantly went along with the card payment, which he setup on his own phone. He the requested my personal Credit Card password for online payments. I refused to give him this information as, that password is for my own personal use. I ended up paying over the phone through customer service. Would have been a lot simpler if you just accepted the cash
After four years, our iron and manganese issue is still unresolved. Response times are very slow, often requiring multiple emails or calls. Even with a UV filter installed, I keep getting reminders for servicing. While the technicians have been friendly—about eight visits over the years—I doubt they can provide the clean water I was promised. It's important to note that the parent company is linked to my original service provider.
