I arranged for an afternoon appointment with customer service. The service technician arrived at 9am. As I work nights, this didn't suit, but I proceeded to allow the technician to carry out his job. When the job was completed, I had cash ready for payment, but he wouldn't accept it as he said it was company policy not to accept cash. I reluctantly went along with the card payment, which he setup on his own phone. He the requested my personal Credit Card password for online payments. I refused to give him this information as, that password is for my own personal use. I ended up paying over the phone through customer service. Would have been a lot simpler if you just accepted the cash
