I ordered a shirt and two pairs of earrings, and they are just what I wanted. My problem is with Fedex, whose driver couldn't find his backside with both hands and a mirror. it took a week and 6 attempts to get to me. A week from my local hub, that is. I had to get in touch with Fedex and give them the what3words to get them to my gate.3 TIMES! Celtic Webmerchant customer service were useless, claiming that they had no way of getting touch with Fedex, then telling me I had to wait another week before they would issue a refund. I managed to get in touch with Fedup, funny, that. No offer of compensation, no sympathy, not bothered at all. I may order more from them , but I will brace for doing all the running around, because Kayleigh and Fabienne couldn't give a toss!
