I ordered a shirt and two pairs of earrings, and they are just what I wanted. My problem is with Fedex, whose driver couldn't find his backside with both hands and a mirror. it took a week and 6 attempts to get to me. A week from my local hub, that is. I had to get in touch with Fedex and give them the what3words to get them to my gate.3 TIMES! Celtic Webmerchant customer service were useless, claiming that they had no way of getting touch with Fedex, then telling me I had to wait another week before they would issue a refund. I managed to get in touch with Fedup, funny, that. No offer of compensation, no sympathy, not bothered at all. I may order more from them , but I will brace for doing all the running around, because Kayleigh and Fabienne couldn't give a toss!

NOT UK - BEWARE THE SHIPPING!

Truly disappointed. The URL claims to be UK but when you go to place an order, the shipping is astronomical because it isn’t a UK, it’s Dutch. If I had ordered the item I wanted the shipping would have added 50% + to the total and my limited disability income would have been decimated.

Rubbish company to deal with.

Rubbish company to deal with.I wasn't advised that I needed to do the customs declaration for the UK also the order had excess charges from UPS of £24.34 even though I paid for delivery and VAT. Jane at the company just advised that I had to sort this out. No delivery and excess charges, I will not be recommending this company to anyone.

This company was a pleasure throughout! They did use UPS for shipping, but after my UPS bad experience, (probably the cherry on the cake for them) this company changed their shipping from UPS to FedEx for UK buyers. so you can now buy with confidence. My order was shipped quickly, and they replied to every one of my emails through the UPS 'experience', I found them friendly, approachable and professional. After reading some others reviews here, all I can say is people change, and so do companies when decisions are made. I will definitely be returning to buy further swords, horned cups and daggers. (I'm a collector) Some of their designs are unique and the 3 or 4 best UK companies that sell in this genre do not sell similar designs so this company for me is wonderful to find! The swords themselves are wonderfully crafted, high quality finish and I like them, and the company, greatly.

I purchased twice from these con artists. I have only received a refund for one but I was still charged for postage and packaging which I haven't got back. My order was cancelled for no reason. This is a scam website who take your money and keep the postage and packaging
