I am a first time buyer and have never applied for mortgage before, I had no idea what to expect. May I say that David and Georgina at Censeo made the experience smooth, they were both professional, helpful, responsive and the communication was fluid even on weekends and after hours. After years of saving for deposit, we finally got a chance to get into property ladder through shared ownership.We were referred to Censeo for our financial assessment, mortgage application and protection which makes everything a lot less stressful going through this major decision in our lives.David P must be the most hardworking, professional and efficient mortgage advisor we have ever known. He managed to complete all the works from financial assessment, find the mortgage products we wanted based on our preferences and a great deal of mortgage protection/ insurance that is also based on our preferences in a matter of 3 days. We even get email from him at 8:30pm knowing it’s way past his office hours. Until he passed us onto a team led by Mercedes to follow up our mortgage application who are on point when there was a need for us to provide necessary documents up to the point we received our official mortgage offer.We have nothing but a very big thank you to Censeo.
