Love what acorn has unlocked in my 7 year old son. He enjoys using his card as well completed task to get paid. The card declines more often than I like despite having money in the account, but even in that there’s a lesson to be learned.

I’ve had Acorns for 2 years now and I can say it’s such a great app. Recently I had an issue with a referral expiring but when I reached out to customer support they responded within the day and resolved the issue quickly. I think it’s a great investment app.
Their referral program is a scam. They keep increasing the number of people you need to sign up to get rewarded as you’re getting signups and then they say the new referrals aren’t legitimate even after your referrals use your link and deposit money.
The AI chat bot was intriguing. It provided some assistance, but struggled with specific inquiries. While it offered detailed instructions related to my question, it didn't fully address my particular concerns. I would prefer to interact with a human.
I received personalized attention and clear answers to my questions in a single call. The representative was delightful, helpful, and highly knowledgeable. She took the time to inquire about my day, making me feel valued and supported. Her genuine care for my account was evident, and she reiterated the advantages of having an account.
