This shithole garage is an absolutely disgusting place with disgusting frontline employees and disgusting service.We booked and paid in advance. Five days car rental in Bergamo — everything was confirmed, and they charged us immediately.They kept sending notifications that our booking was confirmed and active, with the exact dates. When we arrived, their description said we had to wait in the parking lot for a shuttle that would take us to their office. We waited around 45 minutes instead of 10.Once there, they kept checking and checking and checking nonstop. Then, all of a sudden, without any reason, they denied providing the car.They wasted half of our day. This is an absolute disgusting fraud and a disgrace.This company is a scam — avoid it by all means.
