I am a regular customer of your company. This is the second time I have had an argument with an employee of your agency at the Milan Malpensa airport. She is very rude and arrogant. The last time we argued so loudly that I asked her to call the police about her behavior and I even took a photo of her. But her colleague, a very polite lady, asked me to stop the conversation.
This shithole garage is an absolutely disgusting place with disgusting frontline employees and disgusting service.
We booked and paid in advance. Five days car rental in Bergamo — everything was confirmed, and they charged us immediately.
They kept sending notifications that our booking was confirmed and active, with the exact dates. When we arrived, their description said we had to wait in the parking lot for a shuttle that would take us to their office. We waited around 45 minutes instead of 10.
Once there, they kept checking and checking and checking nonstop. Then, all of a sudden, without any reason, they denied providing the car.
They wasted half of our day. This is an absolute disgusting fraud and a disgrace.
This company is a scam — avoid it by all means.
Worst company ever , do not trust them , they are plain thieves.I rented a car in Athens, Greece for two months . They told me I can return it anytime and only get charged for the days I used it.I returned the car after 9 days and they charged me for the whole two months . Also charged me for extra insurance that I did not agree to. I returned the car with a full tank of gas and the gage did not registered and they charged me for empty. They are very rude and total thieves. Do not ever do business with this company.

I booked a car online in advance and later called to see if I could change the return date to one day later and was told no but go to the website and cancel the existing booking and make a new one. Only problem was there were no automatic cars available on a new booking so they told me to extend it at the time of collection. When I went to collect the car they said couldn't extend it, not even for one day. I spoke to the manager and she said it is not possible because the booking is only a 29 day booking and cannot be extended. I said can you cancel this existing booking and make a new booking for 30 days and the answer was no. Customer service was non existent.
When I picked up the car the man very aggressively tried to make me accept their expensive insurance.He told me that even minor damage would cost me many hundreds of Euros. He said this should not be surprising since the hire charge was cheap. He said they have to make a profit somehow. Worse of all he told me that if I had a puncture they would have to tow the car away and it would cost more than 800 Euros. He said that I could not change the wheel because there was not a spare provided in the car. This was a lie; there was a wheel and the tools for changing it! I was also told on the phone that returning the car just a little late could result in me paying for an extra day plus an administration charge.
Very disappointing experience. We received the car with a full tank and had to pay 70 euros for the fuel. We returned the car fully refueled — the gas station was directly opposite the Centauro office.Despite this, we only received part of the money back. Even after contacting customer service twice, Centauro stuck to their incorrect claim that the car was not returned with a full tank.Make sure to take a photo of the fuel gauge when returning the car, otherwise money may be withheld.Absolutely unacceptable behavior — not recommended.The company responded with a standard reply, as it does to all reviews, without addressing any of my specific points. This is consistent with the service experience on site.
Total scammers in Alicante airport Centauro office. We are renting a car not the first time from there. But this time after returning on time, I noticed that from my card they tried to take amount of 260 eur additionally.and not returned prepaid amount for fuel, even we returned the car with full tank . The reason from their side- is missing parcel shelf. I checked reviewson Trustpilot. and I see that of the same reason they try to charge other customers before. So, we can not take any responsibility for any shelf. At the same time of pick up of Skoda Kamiq on 03/01/26 when we put out items to baggage we noticed that there is no covering there and our items will be visible. Being at the place we immediately came to Centauro garrage office, noticed and told them that we found the shelf is missing and we can not cover our luggage. By employer we where told that somebody of previous customers has lost it , the situation is already known and fixed to office, the garage office knows about that, he said everything okay, - you can go, even didn’t come to the car to check it. So being at the office place, we took the photo and video as the evidence that to avoid any problems on return. After office blaiming reply, we see that it works like scammers scheme from agency office to poach stole customer account illegally accusing every innocent client. We will not tolerate this kind of fraud. If there is scheme all office participants are responsible for that. They can check the garage cameras on pick up - when we checked the car and found that we were given not full complectation, then we go to office to inform about that. The workers in office knew about this missing in advance, they said - we know and fixed that you can go, no problem. So, we attached to complain the photo and video made at the time of pick up when we checked and fixed the fact. they need check and resolve the situation immediately by the name of Centauro, and return money to my account as soon as possible. We also wait apologies from the part of Centauro agency as it is illegal action provided to my account. This scam scheme should be eliminated, or all other official institutions, police and public should be informed about that. So please, be aware of such cheats at the time of pick up and return.
the company not only charged loads of hidden fees, awful customer service, they have also had a data breach and all of my details have been stolen, again no customer service provided, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE AN ABSOLUTE DISGRACE AN DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CLIENTS
