Very disappointing experience with Centauro. After returning the car, €75 were deducted from my deposit without any prior notice or explanation.
At the time of return, everything was confirmed to be in order. About three weeks later I noticed that part of my deposit had been withheld. I had to call customer service myself to even find out why the money had been deducted. I was then told it was for “extra cleaning”.
The car was returned in good condition and we had even done a basic cleaning beforehand. No photos or documentation were provided to justify this charge. Unexpected fees weeks after the rental without transparency are not acceptable. I have requested clarification and a refund.
