Nope.I followed all the instructions, submitted all the required documents, and haven’t heard a word in over 1.5 months. The documents are visible on the claims customer portal. Three weeks after I uploaded them, I got an email saying, “Your claim has been created—please submit your documents.” I followed up to clarify (since I had already submitted everything), and... nothing. Another three weeks have passed with no response.I called Europ Assistance, only to find out the German branch doesn’t handle Center Parcs claims—it’s the Spanish branch that does. I’ve tried three times now. The operator says there's no direct number—just a button that transfers you to the Spanish line. And yes, the hotline is entirely in Spanish. I sit through 20 minutes of music and automated messages, with no real human help.Center Parcs deserves the negative review here too, since they promote and sell this "insurance" on their website. Shame on them for supporting such a broken system.Don’t waste your money on this travel insurance—unless you're planning to buy insurance for your insurance. It’s a scam.
