Their communication on what is covered when you call in and what they actually cover are 2 different issues. I can't stress enough that you are better off not being a customer and calling a service provider to address when you have an issue. You will come out thousands ahead in the long run. Centerpoint claims they protect your equipment, but when you actually need them, they tell you to buy new before they even know what the problem is.
