We were behind on payments which I know is my fault. But I call to see if we could set up a payment arrangement and nope they don'tdo that. Our gas is shut off with a winter weather advisory and below zero coming for the weekend. We get the money to get it turned on & we have to wait 6 days! They could care less if you freeze to death or not!!
