If you find yourself in the middle of no where and need their services -Don't use them. You'll only be regretful and angry. Expensive to use. Expensive WITH terms. Heavy cost to your credit if any discrepancies are made.They will send or keep you in the poor house & not provide you with energy services with a smile. Over pay so that you aren't without services because they will shut you down and report you to the credit bureau day 1 by 5pm while you're pregnant. I'd say the customer service reminds me of the police and their lack of compassion is the brutality.I was most happy to not deal with them after moving away because of the savings in money. Gas companies are the worst!
