Its a real shame. I have had Centr for 2 years and the App itself has been useful in guiding and motivating me with my fitness goals.Recent organisational changes have seen unsolicited charges and un-notified changes to my account. After fraud dept with my bank, freezes etc.. I have felt that there was a lack of transparent comms...Alas, this is where my experience echoes a lot of others. Cancelling is a nightmare with a maze to cancel and unresponsive support staff.If you are a UK citizen like me (and with Australian T&Cs for the App) i would strongly recommend utilising your statutory rights under UK law, and your rights under the Australian Consumer Code (ACC).
