Words fail me to express the bad treatment and service i experienced in the hands of this company Central Computers. I handed over my frozen Hp laptop to them on the 26/11/2020. First they have zero communication and update policy. I kept chasing them and kept asking for updates because nobody was updating me at all considering the fact that my laptop was with them for 2 months even though I pleaded with them as my laptop is being used for business. At a point, they blamed the courier and kept saying the courier had not delivered my laptop for weeks. I really got frustrated not knowing what had happened to the laptop. On 2 occasions I asked if my laptop was missing but couldn't be given a definite word. 3 times I was promised a call back to update me but it never happened. Finally when it arrived I was charged £150. All I was told was the problem was the power button. No explanations, nothing! I just reluctantly handed over the money to them to get my computer away from them after 2 months. I did not want to write this review because I always feel you can be mean to a customer once! Your own actions will put you where you belong. I dont have to write anything. The reason I decided to write this review is that just 3 days after I got my computer back from them, the same problem that took me to them in the first place started again. This is very unacceptable and annoying. I cant even bring myself to go back to them after all I went through the first time. They clearly dont know what they are doing. They claim they do computer repairs but I highly doubt it. They just sell parts and even at that you can see a few people have also had issues with them over sales of parts. Terrible Company this one and I would never recommend them to anyone. BIG BAD NEWS!!!!! BEWARE!!!!
