I have been a customer of this company for about 18 years and have always relied on them. I encountered a printer connection and Wi-Fi issue that I usually handle myself, but this time it was different. A representative made two visits to resolve the Wi-Fi problem and later addressed the LAN connection. I stepped away while she diligently worked on the system, which was tough for me! I asked her to clarify the issue, and she explained it in a way that my 76-year-old mind could almost grasp. Additionally, she was very considerate when she unexpectedly encountered my wife, who has Parkinson's and dementia.
