Central dispatch does not care about their customers all they care about is rising prices The best answer they give you when you call them “sorry for your inconvenience” or “you can disconnect your service” They don’t care about the prices that brokers post They dont apply any rules to brokers they let brokers to post anything and any price they wantI asked them many times to apply some type of price rule for transportation and they didn’t care about that also Pretty much central dispatch is being as greedy as the brokers Like always who cars about the little guy
