My 2022 LX 600 stolen $86,000On Jan 20, 2026, I dispatched a carrier from Central Dispatch with 5-star reviews and a load ID. They picked up my vehicle and never delivered it.After reporting fraud, Central Dispatch required a police report and full documentation. Three days after submitting everything, I received a generic email saying they do not investigate, do not search for vehicles, cannot guarantee recovery, and that my case was closed.Central Dispatch provides zero protection for shippers and takes no responsibility when fraud happens on their platform. Once there’s a problem, you’re completely on your own.This company provides no real help or accountability whatsoever. After submitting all required information and following their process, I received nothing more than a generic email stating that they do not investigate, do not search, do not ensure recovery, and do not take responsibility for any outcome—yet they still consider the case “closed.”In other words, they exist only to check a box and send automated responses, not to actually assist victims. There is no follow-up, no meaningful support, and no action taken beyond flagging a record and washing their hands of the situation.If you are expecting guidance, advocacy, or any form of real assistance, do not waste your time. This company offers the illusion of help while providing zero value. Everything they do could have been handled directly through the police without involving them at all.Extremely disappointing, frustrating, and misleading. I would not recommend this service to anyone.
The company is expensive, rating system is a joke. Technical support horrible, customer service not existent. Was purchased by cox automotive. Has gone completely too shit after that. Every change that has been made to this company has been a horrible mistake. All driven by greed.
Just lost a whole days work and a shipper cancelling a load because Central Dispatch flagged our company account as suspicious for booking high value cars while only being on Central for less than 90 days. Every load we got dispatched to pickup can also see that we are flagged for "fraudulent activity" some shippers have already called me asking about it. One shipper already cancelled on us because of this. After speaking to central they said this isnt your fault we will get you back online soon, so I lose out on my loads and shippers now think we are a fraudulent company because their system marked us as suspicious. Great job central for punishing us for something thats not even our fault lol Its been nearly all day now since the morning and I still cant log in. Over 7 hours I havent been able to log in. We didnt buy an enclosed trailer and 1 million in cargo to drive shitboxes across the country. We got it to book high value loads and make good money. Apparently doing too well in your first 90 days will get you flagged and account shutdown for absolutely no reason. Still waiting for them to reactivate. WE DELIVER EVERY CAR, I'd understand if someone called in and said we stole their car or something but we literally just did a good job booking cars and apparently central hates that. They want you booking shitboxes for your first 3 months, BEWARE new carriers.
10yrs with central dispatch. And they blocked the whole account for 50 trucks for 1 load delivery delay for a 3 days. Yes, delay is not good, we agreed for negative or free delivery even. but for the WHOLE company, required proofs of delivery to restore acc, we sent and they do not even respond. I can't even describe how bad this company is. Central dispatch - I wish you same what you did to many others
Garbage brokers taking advantage of carriers paying crumbs. Been on centraldispatch.com since 2016 .. its terrible anymore . I have 2 transport company's and they make me have both on 1 acc causing reviews for 1 company to be on both...they are 2 diffrent dot # 2 diffrent mc# and diffrent names essentially meaning they are 2 diffrent transport company's just happen to have same owner... so if someone leaves a bad review on my 1 company it reflexes on the other with has nothing to do with it they are 2 diffrent entities.....Centraldispatch.com is jewish owned
Terrible customer service.Periodically, all throughout 2025, emails would simply stop arriving. I spent a countless number of calls about this issue. They always said someone would contact me back (this happened at least four separate times) and no one ever did. I always reached out first. I later wanted a refund because we pay for the highest tier and weren't receiving the emails for them, but they never approved it. Something is messed up with their system, yet the accounting person I talked to said when he checked, we didn't have any saved searched set up so it was our fault... I don't know what was happening on Central's side... but I notified him that we never changed any settings, that they still showed accurate on our side, and that if it was our fault, why did ALL emails stop (for example, no load accepted alerts, or when brokers would change information)? He then continued saying it was our fault, and that our email kept getting put on a spam list, or drop list. Mind you, he was also quite rude saying this -- insisting it was our fault when they made no logical sense. We should've got a refund for at least four months of this but they didn't even offer a month's worth.
