They wouldn't accept a return of a package in the same packaging it was shipped to me in.I received a rotary phase converter bolted down to a pallet wrapped in plastic wrap and shipped through Central Transport's Aurora facility. About 6 months later, I resold the unit back to the original seller. The unit was still bolted down to the pallet and re-wrapped in plastic wrap. However, the manager, Dan Carey, receiving the goods decided I needed to construct a crate around the pallet in order to receive it and forced me to come back the next day.I pleaded with Dan Carey to let it go because it was shipped to me the same exact way through his service. He started ranting about people who tried to send engine transmissions wrapped in tires and wouldn't understand my situation.There is a severe lack of customer service here. Avoid Central Transport at all costs.
