Although they offered competitive rates, our experience with delivery has been filled with issues. We've encountered unexpected extra charges that sometimes double the original quote, without clear explanations. Additionally, there have been unexplained reweighs and unacceptable delivery delays lasting months. Due to these unreliable practices, including lack of transparency in billing, I cannot recommend this service.
There's no one to talk to about my account or which truck is scheduled for my weekly pickups. I have to call in to confirm the truck, but even that doesn't help. When I give my number to a driver for contact regarding issues, they never call. I can see on surveillance that they didn’t show up, and there’s no accountability. I'm stuck using this service for shipping to a fulfillment center, hoping for a change soon.
As a truck driver with 12 years of experience and over 2,000,000 miles, I applied for a job in Georgia. The recruiter told me I wasn't qualified solely because I wasn't born here. This company is the worst! We were quoted a price only to find out they didn't honor it. After providing all necessary details, we were hit with additional charges after pickup. The delivery was late, and the driver didn’t even handle the unloading properly. It's unbelievable that this company remains in business while mistreating customers.
