The one and only computer retailer in Australia that doesn’t accept change of mind returns.I used the item for just days until it doesn’t fulfill my expectations. YES IT IS MY FAULT for buying it, however, in the website itself before purchase, it never show any disclaimer or note that returns are not accepted. Even at the refund page, it does not tell anything relating to not allowing change of minds returns, as it is only stated in the Terms & Conditions tab, not anywhere else.Customer service took days to respond. Would go for better retailers such as JW, Scorptec, etc.DO NOT BUY FROM THIS RETAILER. JUST BUY FROM OTHER RETAILERS!
