I recently traveled from Campbelltown to Centrecom Auburn to have a new graphics card installed, ( As I could not find the right cables, Local computer shop could not help me} and the experience was outstanding.
I want to specifically thank Jason for his incredible service. He is clearly an expert who takes great pride in his work. He handled the installation with total professionalism and made sure everything was running at peak performance before I left. He even went the extra mile by helping me carry the PC all the way to my car.
The computer is now performing beautifully—the visuals are rich, smooth, and exactly what I was hoping for. It was well worth the drive from Campbelltown to receive this level of care and technical expertise. If you need someone who is knowledgeable, helpful, and truly looks after their customers, I highly recommend seeing Jason at Auburn

Unlike every other shop, they would not allow returns even though item was bought less than a week previously.
AVOID THE HASSLE AND BUY ELSEWHERE
I opted to pay using PayPal to avoid sharing details with unfamiliar retailers. I've relied on the same PayPal account for over ten years, using the same address and card. However, after PayPal processed my payment, I received an email requesting extensive identification. The amount of ID they asked for felt excessive and made me uncomfortable, as it seemed like an attempt to compromise my identity. I believe it's the responsibility of PayPal to handle verification, not the retailer, and this situation was quite frustrating.
I acquired a high-end laptop expecting it to be reliable for work. Unfortunately, from the beginning, it faced numerous ongoing issues: frequent blue screens when waking from sleep and during HDMI connections, a USB microphone repeatedly powering off, and unreliable keyboard backlighting. These problems occurred with standard peripherals and typical workflows. I invested considerable time troubleshooting, yet the issues remained, rendering the laptop ineffective for work and causing lost time and income. I returned it with a detailed note and photos of the issues. The assessment concluded with "No Fault Found" as they couldn't replicate the problems. I argued this was a major failure under consumer laws, suggesting a refund with a reasonable restocking fee, but they refused, insisting on further testing. The matter has now been escalated to consumer protection authorities. Overall, a frustrating experience with ignored documentation and downplayed rights. I would not recommend for significant purchases requiring reliable support.
This is one of the worst retailers I've ever encountered, which is quite a statement. The staff seem clueless, and the returns department is a complete mess, taking your item with no communication for weeks. It’s better to shop elsewhere for your tech needs.
I did not receive any shipping updates or notifications before my order arrived. I was only notified via email on the day of delivery, but I wasn't home to receive it. When I called to ask if they could deliver on a day I would be home, they assured me it would be fine, yet ignored my request and attempted delivery again when I wasn't home. The order wasn't returned, and now they want to deduct $20 from my refund despite the failed delivery being entirely their fault. Their support is also lacking, often ignoring my requests for several days. I advise against ordering online due to their poor delivery system and customer service.

A huge thank you to the staff for transforming a frustrating experience into a fantastic one. Despite delays with my custom PC build, they went above and beyond to make things right. Their professionalism and communication turned what could have been a negative review into a glowing one. I truly appreciate their effort—well done, team! Highly recommended!
Despite spending a significant amount with them, their customer service is shockingly poor. They fail to notify you of missing items, and when defective products are shipped, it takes months to resolve the issue, requiring numerous emails to explain the problem before they understand.
My experience with the staff was quite unpleasant. I purchased a monitor and an unnecessary cable, and upon returning the sealed cable for a refund, I was told they don’t have a change of mind policy. After much discussion and speaking with the manager, I received a refund. However, the manager's rude behavior was disappointing. Other branches indicated they would have processed the refund without issue. Overall, I've noticed a decline in customer service from this store and will be warning others about my experience.
