I have had a terrible time trying to communicate with staff at center parcs. I’ve ended up writing to guest services regarding my complaints, it has been over 3 weeks and still no response other than an automated email saying we hope this has now been resolved but please respond in 7 days if you still need help. Complete lack of compassion, customer service or even basic human decency when dealing with customer service staff after waiting in a phone queue for over 30 minutes each time. Nobody seems to care and just passes the buck or gives you a different number or email to contact. I even ended up crying on the phone to a booking assistant today (very unlike me) and she could not have cared less and just gave me the guest relations email which I have already received no support from. I can’t imagine dealing with people like this and I for sure will never ever be returning here.
