We had a great time at Elveden Forest in a Dog Friendly Woodland Lodge which was lovely & clean, & well equipped (though thankfully we took our food & essentials like extra toilet rolls, soap & washing up liquid), & the lodge was great for watching the wildlife, going for lovely woodland walks, & just a stroll away from the Village Centre.But just a couple of cons were; the restaurants were a bit pricey, especially for a family!& it was a real shame that there wasn’t a small fenced off area attached to the back of the lodge so our dog could be outside without getting tangled around the ‘Tie up Station’.We wondered if we could suggest to CentreParcs that the lodges (even just the dog friendly ones) have a small fenced off area attached to the back of the lodges with a sturdy wire fence just around the patio area, & maybe the same height/style that you have around your Dog Play Areas? This would be great for families with dogs especially in this very hot weather as we could leave the back door open to let some air in.
