I’m not sure if it’s just me, but since this group took over, the family GP service has vanished. My GP practice was taken over, and a year later, my doctor of 18 years tragically died. You can’t get an appointment even though the waiting room is often empty. Same-day prescriptions require an appointment, and the office staff are incredibly rude. I was shocked to hear a voicemail stating that 'aggression towards our staff won’t be tolerated.' I was dismissed from a practice I had been with for 18 years when this group took over! Sadly, in the healthcare sector, it feels like you either put up with it or leave.
